Our Non-Commercial
division specialises
in the refurbishment and maintenance of Public Sector
(e.g. Schools, Churches etc.) and
Residential property. We also carry out Mobility work
to improve access to buildings for disabled persons.
PUBLIC SECTOR WORKS
Schools
Our
involvement in public sector works particularly to schools
within Essex area has moved on apace with a variety of
projects being completed from general maintenance and
building works for individual schools on a direct and
continuing basis to involvement in the forming of Surestart
early learning centres and refurbishments as part of the
Academies program.
Churches
As a company, we
have a long tradition of working with various religious
organisations. Much of this work, particularly relating to
churches and places of worship, requires more specialist
works i.e. traditional pointing, repair of weathered
brickwork, lead roofing and leadlight window repairs and
renewal.
RESIDENTIAL WORKS
We undertake a
wide variety of work on private client properties and on
behalf of leaseholders, via managing agents or direct.
